Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Jira Cloud migration projects , ensuring seamless transition and adoption
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, etc.) and coach teams on Agile best practices
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Operations, Vendors) to ensure timely delivery
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to achieve business objectives
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to translate requirements effectively
Provide status reports and executive updates to leadership and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Agile/Lean principles
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager in Agile environments
Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud migration projects
Prior experience working with or consulting for a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management methodologies
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual)
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certifications
Background in IT project management, cloud platforms, or enterprise-level system migrations
Experience managing distributed/global teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
