Help Desk Analyst
InfoStride is supporting the Indiana Department of Health by ensuring accurate data entry and providing helpdesk support related to immunization records and system issues. The Helpdesk Data Entry Analyst assists healthcare providers and public health staff in resolving data and system-related concerns while maintaining high data quality and customer service standards.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries regarding immunization records and system functionality
Investigate and resolve duplicate patient records and data merge issues
Use data matching tools to correct data integrity problems
Document all interactions in the ticketing system
Guide users on proper data entry and record management practices
Support testing of system updates and enhancements
Qualification
Required
4.5+ years of experience in a helpdesk or healthcare support role
4.5+ years of experience with data matching, deduplication, or record linkage tools
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience with Immunization Information Systems (IIS)
Experience working with state or local public health departments
Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy regulations
