The Product Development Coordinator supports the Product Development team by tracking and coordinating development activities from concept through Pre-Production handoff, ensuring that all processes are organized and on schedule.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update seasonal PD WIP and tracking documents
Track samples, patterns and sample raw materials throughout the development process
Create, issue and maintain sample fabric, trim and SRS PO’s
Distribute raw materials to vendors
Log, track and distribute incoming and outgoing PD packages
Maintain raw material, sample and seasonal product logs
Create and update seasonal product detail chart
Organize and maintain archives library for past and current seasons
Support the Product Development team with day-to-day coordination and cross-functional communication
Regularly travel to and collaborate with domestic factories and vendors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product Development, Fashion, Apparel industry
1-3 years experience in product development or coordination role within apparel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with PLM/WIP or similar tracking systems
Strong communications skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Experience with activewear or performance apparel is a plus
