Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage end-to-end lifecycle solutions for Customer Communications Management (CCM) to meet business and customer needs
Create and implement personalized, multi-channel communication solutions, including print, email, SMS, and digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging across all delivery platforms
Utilize the Quadient Inspire product suite, including Designer, Automation, Scalar, Interactive, Digital Advantage Suite (DAS), Messenger, and Dynamic Communications (DC), to deliver high-quality communication solutions
Process and integrate data from various formats, including Flatfile, XML, and JSON, ensuring seamless communication between systems through data transformation and validation
Plan, execute, and validate ECM content and workflow migrations, leveraging expertise in ECM platforms and tools to manage and migrate large-scale content repositories
Design and implement solutions that integrate cloud services with legacy systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency in hybrid-cloud environments
Develop Azure Synapse pipeline solutions for event-driven architecture and integrate with CCM applications (Digital services, Quadient)
Implement and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline automation and Bullet Train deployment
Engage in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, while implementing DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to streamline development processes
Work within Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver iterative solutions
Develop detailed technical designs, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system specifications, and write comprehensive technical documentation such as installation guides, user manuals, and operational procedures
Lead and manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and provide guidance to junior team members
Learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies, exploring AI opportunities within the Correspondence team
Offer technical support for complex systems and applications, working closely with vendor resources to ensure smooth implementation, operation, and maintenance, while resolving technical issues efficiently

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (will accept 3-year foreign education equivalent)
seven (7) years of experience performing software development
strong technical understanding of Customer Communications Management platforms including hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire
7 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end lifecycle solutions for customer communications management (CCM) using tools like Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, and Oracle Documaker
4 years of experience using OpenText Exstream products to design templates, perform Data Integration, Batching Processing, and design and implement CCM solutions
Experience supporting implementation efforts using the Quadient Inspire product suite, including Designer, Automation, Scaler, Interactive, Digital Advantage Suite (DAS), Messenger and Dynamic Communications (DC), in projects
Experience creating personalized, multi-channel communications across print, email, SMS, and digital channels
expertise in data formats like Flatfile, XML, and JSON for seamless integration
Skilled in integrating cloud services with legacy systems to ensure smooth data flow and operational efficiency
Experience in SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions
Skilled in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
familiar with DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Experience providing technical support for complex systems
collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth implementation and maintenance
creating detailed technical designs, including architecture and data flow diagrams
writing comprehensive technical documentation like installation guides and user manuals
