Responsibilities
The Quality Control Manager performs onsite project/program responsibilities in support of the Boeing South Carolina Training project
Creates quality management plans with the Project Director to reduce and mitigate potential risks
Manages assigned tasks to assist with the project management process by executing and monitoring project activities and creating supporting documentation
Assess project parameters and identify appropriate services and resources to ensure alignment with the project’s objectives
Develops work plans to ensure assigned project deliverables and required tasks are scheduled and completed with the established timeframes
Works with the Project Director to identify and resolve potential problems
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma and relevant experience
Project management experience
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities including problem solving
Flexibility in work scheduling
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Ability to work with a wide variety of people at all levels
