This hands-on role involves combining application development in TypeScript/SQL with cloud infrastructure and Terraform, while collaborating with various teams to build and integrate systems.

Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of application code (TypeScript/SQL) and infrastructure code (Terraform)
Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable, cloud based services
Participate in design, architecture, and product discussions, providing technical guidance and implementation insights
Collaborate effectively across a large enterprise organization with multiple engineering and business teams
Ensure reliability, maintainability, and performance of systems in production
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience designing and building distributed systems in AWS or another major cloud provider
5+ years of professional experience with TypeScript (Golang experience is a strong plus)
Proven experience working within existing, complex systems and integrating services across cloud and on prem environments
Hands on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools, and comfort working in CI/CD pipelines
2+ years of experience in an enterprise environment, collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
TypeScript
Cloud architecture (AWS or equivalent)
Microservice architecture
Serverless computing
Relational databases (SQL)
ETL pipelines and data workflows
Preferred
Experience with Go (Golang)
Background working on financial or highly regulated applications
Experience building or supporting data visualization or analytics applications
