Responsibilities

Assist in designing and documenting optimized business processes for the LIO team with the use of data analysis to drive decisions
Ensure clear understanding of the data and metrics to recommend solutions and areas for improvement
Design and implement a metrics management strategy for the LIO team
Develop strategies for continuous management and monitoring of KPIs and collaborate across teams to measure performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business process documentation and optimization
Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis to drive organizational decision-making
Experience in designing and implementing metrics management strategies or KPI frameworks
<Insert specific years of experience or technical certification required>

Preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
Experience with Lifecycle management or Digital Customer Experience (DCX) initiatives
Ability to maintain a sense of humor and thrive in a high-support, collaborative team environment
