Sales & Artistry Account Executive – East
Responsibilities
Drive sales performance across assigned NYC Sephora locations, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets established by the Director of Field Sales and Education
Execute comprehensive field education and sales strategies that align brand objectives with retail performance goals
Manage monthly travel and entertainment (T&E) budget, including accurate and timely expense reporting
Serve as primary point of contact for Sephora store management, cultivating collaborative partnerships that support mutual growth
Navigate and manage Sephora Brand Portal calendar bookings strategically to optimize brand presence and business impact
Plan and execute elevated in-store events, (FSC) events, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment
Deliver engaging presentations across multiple training formats: on-stage demonstrations, backstage sessions, regional trainings, and masterclasses
Contribute to recruitment, training, and ongoing support of high-caliber sales teams across assigned U.S. regions
Coach, develop, and manage freelance team members through regular performance touchpoints, including weekly touch base calls
Inspire excellence by consistently modeling best practices and upholding brand standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years as an Account Executive or equivalent role specifically within Sephora
Minimum 3 years of hands-on artistry experience with demonstrable strongly preferred
Documented track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication abilities across all channels (written, verbal, in-person)
Superior time management with proven ability to meet deadlines and honor commitments
Able to leverage Microsoft Office for reporting, presentations, and communication
Strong initiative balanced with collaborative team orientation
Agility to adapt in fast-paced environments while maintaining a solution-focused mindset
Ability to lift, store, and transport up to 40 lbs. of brand collateral to and from retail locations
Flexibility to travel regularly, including overnight stays as business needs dictate (Valid Real I.D. Driver's License required for domestic air travel and vehicle rental)
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as the role requires 6+ hours of daily in-store presence
Weekend availability is mandatory and integral to this position
