Responsibilities
Design System Development: Build reusable UI components and patterns using Blazor Server, contributing to a scalable design system that supports dozens of applications
Front-End Architecture: Help architect and implement the front-end structure for applications with a strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and performance
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior designers and developers, offering technical mentorship and code reviews
Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment with design and development milestones
Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and external design partners to translate design concepts into functional interfaces
Milestone Delivery: Contribute to key deliverables including component libraries, documentation, and production-ready UI modules
Qualification
Required
Blazor Server Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building applications with Blazor Server
Design System Experience: Proven track record of working within or building a design system, including component creation and documentation
UI Fundamentals: Strong grasp of user interface principles, including layout, typography, responsiveness, and accessibility
Preferred
Proficiency in JavaScript for enhancing interactivity and integrating with Blazor
Experience with automated testing frameworks for UI components
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services
