Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, secure web applications
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Collaborate across offices: drive clear communication with engineering in Europe (RFCs, decision records, async updates). Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation
Adapt quickly: navigate shifting priorities with a bias to action; make reversible decisions, learn fast from user feedback, and iterate
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the business
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in full‑stack web development
Proven experience with TypeScript and React, and building full‑stack applications with these technologies
Familiarity with the latest advancements in the React ecosystem
Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end delivery (from prototype to production), using modern CI/CD, feature flags, and telemetry to ship safely at speed
Product‑minded: you care about UX quality, customer experience, and software quality
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Startup‑ready: flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and constant change; proactive about process, documentation, and reliability without over‑engineering
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide and inspire a team
