Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects (often large-scale initiatives affecting multiple teams and systems), from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and within scope while proactively managing stakeholder expectations
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing to ensure successful delivery of milestones
Proactively identify and mitigate obstacles and risks, ensuring project continuity and quality
Be able to work and lead projects independently
Must have proven ability to develop and oversee the development of solid business cases to demonstrate the value proposition to move forward with a project. Additionally, must have proven ability to manage and oversee and report on project actual spend against budget
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with the project team
Create and maintain project documentation, including process workflows, communication plans, training materials, and status updates
Facilitate productive project team meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, tracking action items, and following up to ensure project team accountability
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Adhere to and promote the team's established project management standards, templates, procedures, and best practices
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor and other members of the team

Required

Minimum of 4 years of project management experience leading internal, cross functional business initiatives such as process improvements, system or technology implementations, operational programs, or largescale organizational projects
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike) and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach
Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with demonstrated comfort presenting to groups and leading trainings
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholder groups and align teams toward common goals
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Preferred

PMP or similar project management certification a plus but not required
Background in real estate and/or retail industries is a plus but not required
