Delivering hands-on training to Electrical, Electronic, and Structural technicians across the Waterton Canyon and Highlands Ranch facilities
Ensuring compliance with industry specifications
Applying effective adult learning methods to build workforce capability
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in manufacturing
1+ years of experience in On-the-job Training (OJT)
Current or previous IPC Certification
Connector Mate & Demate operations experience
Hardware Torquing experience
Adhesive Bonding experience
Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
Ability to maintain strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management
Experience with Engineering documentation and drawings
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Current IPC CIT or NASA Instructor qualification

Demonstrated manufacturing process discipline
