Responsibilities
Direct and oversee financial activities of the corporation
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and forecasts
Supervise financial and treasury functions
Manage accounting team performance and goals
Ensure accuracy in payroll, accounts receivable/payable transactions
Maintain strong internal accounting controls
Assist project managers with forecasting and budgeting
Lead monthly Project Status reviews
Identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
8-10 years of progressive financial management experience
Experience in the construction industry
Proficient with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Proven knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management
Preferred
CPA certification preferred
Experience with ERP upgrade/migration
Job costing experience from manufacturing environment
