Responsibilities
Assist the Lead with the daily maintenance of the CRM
Perform regular audits to identify and fix data inaccuracies, merge duplicate records, and ensure all entries follow established naming conventions
General data entry, manipulation, and cleaning to ensure the system remains organized and actionable
Help create and update sales dashboards that provide leadership with insights into pipeline health and revenue performance
Work closely with the RevOps Lead to draft and update internal 'how-to' guides and training materials for our sales and customer success teams
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas are a must)
A proactive approach to problem-solving and an 'eagle eye' for detail when working with large datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical users
Eligible candidates must be one of the following: Part-time or full-time students who have completed 48+ credit hours (rising juniors/seniors and graduate students) and are enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university or Part-time or full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university
Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism and maturity in the workplace
Effective communicator in both written and spoken English
Good oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in use of MSOffice Suite and Google Docs
Preferred
Familiarity with any CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred
3.0 GPA or above preferred
