Responsibilities
Rapid Execution: Step into mid-stream planning for GDC, U/Days and other 1st party events, taking immediate ownership of established timelines and project milestones, or creating them yourself
Vendor & Sourcing Command: Manage and negotiate with vendors across AV/production, F&B, rentals, and experiential builds. You will be expected to review existing contracts and close gaps in sourcing quickly
Operational Rigor: Build and maintain detailed load-in/load-out schedules, run-of-show documents, and onsite staffing plans
Onsite Leadership: Potentially onsite execution by managing crews, troubleshooting live issues, and overseeing logistics to ensure brand-standard delivery
Qualification
Required
7+ years of proven experience in high-impact B2B/B2C events (specifically large-scale global user conferences or roadshows)
Deep familiarity with the event lifecycle, allowing you to manage complex logistics from Day 1 without extensive training
A track record of sourcing and managing large-scale production and hospitality partners under tight deadlines
Expert-level skill in developing ROS, floorplans, and technical production schedules
Immediate fluency in Google Workspace and Splash (or similar registration platforms)
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable jumping into a fast-moving environment mid-project
Sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges
