Responsibilities
Must have experience with NetCracker OSS Suite(Network Inventory, Service Provisioning, Fault Management, Performance Monitoring, Configuration Management and Service Assurance)
The work is enhancing MVP defects and Day 2+ tail
This role is critical to stabilizing and optimizing our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) while driving continuous improvement across core operational support systems
Qualification
Required
Must have experience with NetCracker OSS Suite(Network Inventory, Service Provisioning, Fault Management, Performance Monitoring, Configuration Management and Service Assurance)
Hands‑on experience with the NetCracker OSS Suite across multiple modules (Inventory, Provisioning, Fault, Performance, Configuration, Service Assurance)
Strong understanding of telecom network operations, service activation workflows, and OSS architecture
Proven ability to analyze and resolve defects in complex, integrated OSS environments
Experience supporting Day‑2+ operations, enhancements, and production stability efforts
Familiarity with APIs, data models, and integration patterns within OSS/BSS ecosystems
Ability to work in fast‑paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
