Information Technology Application Manager
The City of Coronado is seeking an experienced IT professional for the position of Information Technology Applications Manager. The role involves managing enterprise applications, overseeing system upgrades, and providing technical direction while working collaboratively across multiple departments.

Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise and departmental applications
Analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement practical solutions that improve operations and service delivery
Oversee system upgrades and rollouts, managing vendor relationships, and supervising contracts and budgets tied to applications and databases
Provide technical direction and lead cross-functional projects across the City
Qualification
Required
At least three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in application management, system analysis, or related fields, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities
Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in information systems, computer science, or a related field
Possession of a valid driver's license
Preferred
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar are desirable
