This role combines pre-construction estimating with project management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Construction
Responsibilities
Develop accurate construction estimates, material takeoffs, and proposals for commercial and residential projects
Manage construction projects from award through final close-out
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment across multiple job sites
Track project schedules, costs, change orders, and documentation
Monitor jobsite progress to ensure safety, quality control, and timeline adherence
Communicate regularly with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to manage scope and expectations
Identify risks early and resolve issues to keep projects on track
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or combined PM/Estimator in construction
Strong knowledge of asphalt, paving, and site or general construction projects
Ability to manage multiple projects across New York City and surrounding areas
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working between the office, job sites, and client meetings
