Responsibilities
Assist sales team in completion of campaign proposals
Create, review, receipt and revise campaign contracts
Facilitate internal communications with key stakeholders regarding contracted campaigns
Oversee intake of all campaign assets
Act as a subject matter expert for campaign implementation and issue escalation
Manage delivery designated team members
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably at a publisher
knowledge and proficiency with MS Excel
strong communication and problem solving skills
solid understanding of digital metrics, tracking methodology and digital advertising trends
the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or quality of tasks
Preferred
proficiency with major ad serving and measurement platforms such as GAM, DoubleVerify, and Crossix
completion of a college degree
