Responsibilities
SaaS Implementation: Design and develop scalable MDM solutions specifically on the Informatica MDM SaaS platform to support strategic business objectives
System Integration: Lead efforts to integrate MDM solutions with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow, accessibility, and high availability
Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate MDM strategies that align with long-term organizational goals
E360 & Provisioning Tool: Implement and configure Informatica MDM UI (E360) and the Provisioning Tool to streamline data workflows and simplify the user interface for business stewards
Data Quality Management: Monitor and analyze data quality metrics, implementing corrective actions to maintain the highest levels of data integrity and accuracy
Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular system assessments to identify bottlenecks and implement enhancements based on evolving industry trends
Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship and technical support to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Operational Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all MDM processes, configurations, and architectural designs to ensure operational continuity
End-User Enablement: Facilitate training sessions to maximize the utilization of MDM solutions across various business units
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica MDM SaaS
Proficiency in Informatica MDM UI, specifically E360 and the Provisioning Tool
Deep understanding of Informatica MDM fundamentals, including data modeling, match/merge logic, and survivorship
9 – 12 years of experience in data architecture and MDM solution design
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
