Customer Service - Inside Sales (Part Time)
Ace Handyman Services is a national leader in the home improvement and home repair industry. They are seeking a part-time customer service representative to ensure efficient and positive daily operations in their Westlake office, handling inbound calls and managing customer interactions.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers
Learn about customer projects and explain services
Review and manage incoming lead generation streams
Use Service Titan to manage customer interactions and job schedules
Perform office support duties including data entry and social media updates
Qualification
Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service experience (2-5 years) and a great phone personality
Ability to work a flexible schedule (within our 8 am - 5 pm business hours)
High level computer and typing proficiency
Knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software
Ability to multitask and constantly reprioritize
Preferred
Construction/home Improvement Experience Is Very Helpful But Not Required
