Responsibilities
Define and implement a high-impact technical strategy for North America aligned with company's vision
Scale and improve the pre-sales engine to articulate value propositions and streamline customer journeys
Mentor and empower Solution Engineering managers to lead their teams effectively and achieve OKRs
Inspire a diverse team of solution experts through a culture of technical excellence
Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop aggressive go-to-market strategies for market penetration
Engage with Fortune 100 customers to ensure success and relay insights back to Product and R&D teams
Adapt and respond to a fast-paced environment by collaborating with stakeholders to deliver outcomes
Qualification
Required
7+ years in senior leadership roles managing high-performing pre-sales teams
Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, particularly with $100M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
10+ years in senior customer-facing management positions with a strong grasp of Enterprise sales methodologies
Solid understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, agile development, and cloud infrastructure, especially cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven skills in organizational planning and leading complex change management initiatives
Experience with hybrid solutions (both On-prem SaaS) sales strategies
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related field
