Customer Service Representative
Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. The role involves working in a patient support call center to assist patients with device-related inquiries and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Working in a patient support call center-- answering calls to assist with patients whom have the device implanted
There is also a team dedicated to making outbound calls to patients called connect and you may be considered for both duties!
The purpose of this position is to create life-long, loyal patients for by providing excellent service directly to patients, health care professionals , and employees
You will have daily interactions with current patients, employees, and regarding device function, MRI compatibility, and sleep remote questions
These interactions occur mostly via telephone, but may also include email, text, chat, mail, fax, and in-person
Follow-up communications and/or research is often necessary to effectively assist in fulfilling the request
Qualification
Required
Needs someone available for all shifts
Onsite daily during training from 8-4:30pm
No call outs - more than 3 call outs will be a release from assignment
No show - release from assignment
Customer service skills
Patient experience over the phone
Overall communication skills
