Responsibilities
Lead debug efforts for system integration issues on semiconductor test equipment
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate applications engineers with detailed documentation
Provide first-level technical support for 5-6 software solutions including CM360 fleet management systems
Install and configure fleet management software across customer sites managing up to 5,000 testers
Support visualization tools for configuration management, utilization tracking, and calibration scheduling
Perform capital equipment break-fix, installations, reconfigurations, and customer training
Manage test equipment feature licenses and coordinate with software community
Lead hardware failure analysis and coordinate defective board returns to division for analysis
Ensure continuous system uptime and performance optimization
Manage multiple concurrent installation and integration projects
Interface directly with customer engineering teams and internal applications engineers
Coordinate data flow and hardware flow between customer sites and internal divisions
Provide technical leadership for account-level customer relationships beyond basic field service
Qualification
Required
3+ years semiconductor capital equipment experience (Applied Materials, TEL, AMAT, Lam Research, KLA preferred)
2+ years field service engineering (FSE) experience with hands-on equipment troubleshooting
ATE industry experience is a plus (Teradyne, Cohu, Advantest)
Experience with high-volume semiconductor testing environments
Electrical or Electronic Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
Experience with software integration and basic programming concepts
Familiarity with test program loading, device testing, and system validation procedures
Knowledge of calibration procedures and equipment maintenance protocols
2+ years project management experience assisting with coordinating technical installations
Proven customer interaction experience (internal and external customers)
Ability to interface between field service teams and applications engineering groups
Experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects with competing priorities
Interest and aptitude for learning C++, Java, and applications-specific software training
