Responsibilities
Represent the test organization in SW feature reviews. Translate complex feature requirements from software developers into actionable test strategies
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a team of test engineers. Review test plans, provide guidance on complex test case design, and perform code reviews for automated test scripts
Act as the primary technical liaison between the Development and Test organizations, ensuring alignment on bug prioritization, feature readiness, and "design for testability" (DFT) requirements
Identify gaps in current test frameworks and lead the development of internal tools, HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) setups, and simulation environments to improve test coverage and efficiency
Ensure all test strategies align with AUTOSAR layered architecture and ASPICE process models
Oversee the testing of cybersecurity features (e.g., Secure Boot, Authenticated CAN/Ethernet messages) to protect against sensor spoofing or data injection. Integrate ISO 26262 functional safety requirements into the test suite to verify fail-safe and fail-operational behaviors
Define the "How" and "Why" of our testing approach, moving beyond simple validation to deep exploratory testing of LiDAR point clouds, perception algorithms, and sensor calibration
