CIMS Support Analyst
CSAAC is seeking a CIMS Support Analyst who will report to the Director of Business & Information Systems. The role involves routine data validation, Tier 1 ticket resolution, documentation support, and training enablement activities to assist senior staff.

Responsibilities
Perform routine data validation checks across priority CIMS workflows
Identify, document, and track recurring data integrity issues or patterns
Support internal reviews and audit preparation through data verification activities
Document findings and coordinate with CIMS Implementation Specialist for follow-up and remediation planning
Assist with testing and validation when system changes or updates are introduced
Resolves Tier 1 CIMS Helpdesk tickets using documented procedures and standard solutions
Document resolution steps and outcomes to support consistency and continuity
Escalate Tier 2 or novel issues to the CIMS Implementation Specialist with clear context
Support Improvements to ticket categorization and triage workflows
Support maintenance and updates to existing CIMS training materials under the direction of the CIMS Implementation Specialist
Create or update job aids, screenshots, walkthroughs and quick-reference materials
Assists with limited retraining or refresher activities for managers or staff as directed
Support rollout logistics for updated modules or workflows
Execute assigned tasks related to defined CIMS projects and sub-projects
Supports testing, validation, and follow-through activities
Maintain task-level documentation aligned with established priorities and timelines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one (1) year of related work experience with LMS platforms
Good oral and written communication skills required
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Comfortable working with structured systems and documentation
Able to follow defined procedures and escalation protocols while recognizing patterns and flagging issues appropriately
Preferred
College-level coursework in Business Information Systems or related field
Bachelor's Degree a plus
Experience with EHRs, case management systems, or enterprise platforms with nonprofit organizations
