Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the design lead, product owners, and other business stakeholders to understand requirement needs
Work further with development teams to get the requirements into marketable customer-facing products
Qualification
Required
Strong and proven background in Information Technology
Strong working knowledge of C++, C#, and .Net
Experience in developing Desktop applications using C#
Candidate should have experience in interacting with customers and document the requirements
Good understanding of GIT and it's process like
Troubleshooting issues related to code performance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Fluent in English and the working country language
Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills
Ability to work in a complex international environment
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
University degree (preferably in a science related subject or in engineering)
Overall, 8-10 years in experience in IT Application/Software Development field
Good and hands-on knowledge of Agile adoption (concept of delivering MVP) is mandatory
Preferred
Chromatography or LC/MS instrument control experience is a plus
Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodologies would be a plus
