Principal Sr. Technical Advisor, RISE HIV/HOP - Casual
The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Principal Sr. Technical Advisor for their RISE HIV/HOP program. This role involves serving as the technical lead for the development of training resources and implementation materials, particularly focusing on a self-guided PrEP Choice Counselling Module.

Responsibilities
Storyboard for the Digital Lesson - storyboard mapping content flow, instructional elements, visuals, and learner interactions
Revised PrEP Choice Counselling Content Package - final, web-ready text, including job aids and PowerPoint slides for classroom delivery
To strengthen and expand content on PrEP choice counselling to reflect new options, including Lenacapavir (LEN), best practices, and emerging guidance
To develop a coherent, engaging, web-based lesson aligned with the structure of the provider PrEP toolkit
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Health Policy or a related field
10 years related experience in health systems
Additional experience may substitute for required education to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula
Preferred
Doctoral degree in Health Policy or related field
Clinical degree (MD, Nursing)
10+ years of experience in HIV prevention and PrEP programming
Experience in instructional design and digital learning development with specific experience in long-acting injectable PrEP methods, specifically Cabotegravir and Lenacapavir
Familiarity with adult learning principles and e-learning authoring tools
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and work independently
