Responsibilities
Provide Tier-2 support for functional teams – providing solutions, assessing trends, prioritizing enhancements and bugs
Lead meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
Configure and maintain Workday Financial modules based on user requirements
Escalate critical bugs and issues to Leadership team(s) as necessary
Provide regular reporting of in-progress work and trends to Finance departments
Partner with IT Services stakeholders in integration management and implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with business requirements, use cases, test plans, system upgrades, and project management
3-5 years' Workday Finance technical experience required (FDM/Accounting, Banking, Projects, Adaptive experience preferred)
Experience with Workday Reporting a plus
