Customer Service Intern
WM is North America’s largest comprehensive waste management environmental solutions provider, seeking a Customer Service Intern to assist within the Customer Service Center. The intern will develop communication and technical skills while resolving customer inquiries and participating in learning opportunities related to process improvements and technology skills.

Responsibilities
Develops strong communication and technical skills to assist customers
Uses problem solving skills, determines problems, and understands fundamental parts of the problem in order to resolve customer service related inquiries
Participates in learning opportunities for process improvements, time management and technology skills
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Education: Interns must have a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and be currently enrolled in college courses
Experience: No prior work experience required
