Member Experience Manager
Ace Pickleball Club is dedicated to growing the sport of pickleball by welcoming players of all ages and skill levels into a vibrant community. The Member Experience Manager will lead day-to-day operations to ensure an exceptional experience for club members, overseeing customer service and managing member engagement activities.

Assisting in coordinating events such as leagues, tournaments, and workshops
Qualification
Required
Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to foster positive relationships with members and address their needs effectively
Effective Communication and Analytical Skills to manage member feedback, resolve issues, and implement improvement strategies
Project Management abilities to organize events, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with team members to achieve club objectives
Leadership capabilities with an approachable and proactive attitude to inspire staff and create a welcoming environment
Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or club management is an advantage
