Design and implement robust backend systems, including APIs, data flows, and microservices
Optimize performance, scalability, and system reliability
Collaborate with frontend, data, and product teams to build and ship new features
Contribute to architectural discussions and influence technical decisions
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with modern backend languages (e.g. Go, Java, Python, Rust, or similar)
Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and data-driven system design
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent)
Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and production best practices
Preferred
Exposure to AI, data pipelines, or real-time processing systems
Interest in performance optimization and system design challenges
