Customer Service Representative
Empire Medical Training is a leading provider of aesthetic and medical education for healthcare professionals. They are seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and chat inquiries
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using approved tools and systems
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through professional communication
Handle customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions within established timeframes
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account updates
Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Gather customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
Take initiative to go above and beyond for customer engagement and support
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
Passion for healthcare, education, or aesthetics is a bonus
