Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI and automation technologies to streamline team operations and improve efficiency
Prototype and validate AI-driven solutions including automated newsletter generation, business review summaries, and customer insights dashboards
Develop reusable templates, prompts, and best practices for scaled adoption across the organization
Own and manage the team's rhythm of business cadence, including planning, execution, and reporting
Deliver structured updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate across teams to refine and scale successful AI workflow prototypes
Train and enable team members on AI workflows and capabilities
Create documentation and demonstrations to accelerate adoption of new solutions
Coordinate newsletters, communications, and internal planning events
Support project and stakeholder meetings with preparation and follow-through
Monitor performance of implemented solutions and continuously optimize workflows
Align AI workflow initiatives with organizational priorities through structured business processes
Handle negotiation and coordination with suppliers for team events
Manage cross-functional projects and ensure delivery of scalable solutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related roles
Minimum 5 years of experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and insight analysis
Minimum 2 years of experience with AI understanding and experimentation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
Cross-functional stakeholder management and relationship building
Program and project management methodologies and execution
AI concepts, large language models, and prompt engineering
Solution design and workflow optimization
Data analysis and visualization
Experimentation and prototyping mindset
Documentation and knowledge transfer
Communication and presentation abilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving
Change management and enablement
