Responsibilities
Provide exceptional end‑user support via phone, email, and in person
Image and deploy new computers and software
Set up and manage accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, and other applications
Serve as an escalation point for Tier I tickets
Support onboarding/offboarding processes, device provisioning & asset tracking
Maintain detailed documentation in the ticketing system
Assist with hardware/software installs, system administration tasks, and troubleshooting
Contribute to process improvement within IT service workflows
Qualification
Required
3+ years in IT End User Support
Strong experience with M365, Windows 11, and enterprise-level ITSM systems
Active Directory experience (multi-site preferred)
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, gateways)
Familiarity with enterprise security tools (AV, encryption, etc.)
Preferred
ServiceNow experience
MacOS support
Powershell or scripting knowledge
WiFi (802.1x) or Cisco networking exposure
Experience in biotech, pharma, healthcare, or regulated environments
AV/Conferencing support, especially Microsoft Teams
