Responsibilities
Administer and maintain enterprise IBM Datacap multi-tenant environment supporting multiple agencies
Design, develop, and configure Datacap Studio applications
Create and maintain Rulerunner task profiles and action configurations
Develop custom Datacap applications using C#/.NET
Ability to Configure multiple Recognition Engines including ICR, OCR, and OMR settings
Implement IBM Datacap Navigator web client application for end-user document verification and correction
Experience in deploying and maintaining application on IBM WebSphere and IIS Server. Implementing SSL certs
Experience in configuring and maintaining Datacap Workflow
Configure FileNet P8 Export actions for content migration to FileNet Content Manager
Implement Custom Web Services integrations in datacap workflow
Experience in deploying Datacap application packages across Dev, Stage, and PROD environments
Keep Datacap environment current with latest fix packs, interim fixes, and version upgrades
Coordinate with ECM Infrastructure team for file loading to FileNet Content Manager
Work with ECM team on IBM Enterprise Records Configuration/integration for records declaration and retention
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all Datacap applications, configurations, and procedures
Prepare deployment documentation according to standards defined by ECM team to deploy FileNet specific changes to Dev, stage and production environments
Work closely with agency

Required

5+ years of IBM Datacap development
5+ years of IBM Datacap administration
5+ years of experience with IBM Enterprise Records
3+ years of IBM FileNet administration
Experience with IBM Atlas is preferred
