The role involves monitoring, controlling, and maintaining computer hardware and software, responding to system alerts, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Call and print daily loads for the warehouse
Possess good verbal and written communication skills to conduct business over the phone and via email
Process and bill customer orders
Enter customer orders when necessary
Troubleshoot computer and printer errors
Reliable. flexible, and self-motivated

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network fundamentals
Ability to work independently during the 2nd shift hours, typically evening to overnight
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills to document and report system status and incidents
MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE

Preferred

Experience working in a data center or computer operations environment
Familiarity with monitoring tools and system management software
Knowledge of AS400, Outlook, and computer experience is desired
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with multiple departments
