Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Python

Build, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for real-world business use cases

Develop and consume RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django

Work with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and tuning

Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented Python code following best practices

Work with structured and unstructured data from databases, APIs, and data pipelines

Implement model deployment and monitoring using cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Optimize application and model performance, scalability, and reliability

Perform unit testing and integration testing using PyTest, unittest, or similar frameworks

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues

Integrate third-party APIs, AI services, and enterprise systems

Support CI/CD pipelines and MLOps workflows using Git, Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
