Aviation Program Analyst

Responsibilities

Generating project and program status reports
Monitoring cost and schedule performance indicators
Conducting critical path analysis
Identifying schedule trends
Recommending schedule optimizations
Developing and analyzing weekly and monthly reports on business and program metrics
Proactively identifying potential risks, issues, and trends for management review
Supporting the development of cost estimates for procurement and contracting actions
Assisting in evaluating cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs
Contributing to the design and improvement of business systems, processes, and procedures based on user needs and organizational requirements
Enabling data-driven decision-making through cost-benefit and schedule analyses
Supporting quality assurance activities and compliance efforts
Helping define system scope and objectives aligned with organizational strategy and industry standards
Providing guidance on the business implications of system and process changes
Supporting cross-functional project teams
Developing mathematical models and applying quantitative methods to analyze and improve business processes and practices

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeAnalytical skillsData visualizationGovernment programs experienceReporting skills

Required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills
Experience supporting government programs and contracts
Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree, or an Associates' Degree and 3 years' relevant experience, or High School diploma and 5 years' relevant experience
