Technical Delivery Lead
TEEMA is a company focused on delivering technical solutions, and they are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to manage integration projects and optimize product backlogs. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, overseeing Agile delivery activities, and ensuring alignment between technical deliverables and business needs.
Responsibilities
Apply technical expertise in integration to proactively engage with business stakeholders, assess requirements, and recommend optimal solutions. Ensure early alignment between business needs and technical deliverables, linking solution design to the product roadmap
Manage and optimize the product backlog to maximize platform value, prioritizing new features, technical improvements, and bug fixes
Define, own, and iteratively manage the integration platform roadmap in line with stakeholder demands
Oversee governance and prioritization processes to ensure work items align with business value and product vision
Oversee Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, particularly across Contingent Workforce and Managed Services providers
Lead product governance across internal IS stakeholders
Organize scope, budget, and timelines, making informed trade-offs based on business value and roadmap priorities
Apply Agile principles to manage delivery cycles including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Strong technical expertise in integration technologies including APIs, ESB, ETL, batch jobs, and event-driven architecture
Experience with cloud integration platforms such as Azure Integration Services or MuleSoft
Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business concepts
Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced Agile environment
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, along with product lifecycle and DevOps/CI-CD practices
Experience working with Contingent Workforce and Managed Services partners and managing vendor relationships
Understanding of security standards, compliance, and change management practices
Customer-driven mindset with strong ownership and commitment to continuous improvement
