Responsibilities

Collaborate with a vendor to design, develop, and test an admin portal for HR teams to automate the sharing of Employee Purchase Program marketing assets
Create a detailed go-to-market plan for the new program, including strategies for successful deployment with enterprise customers and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Manage web development vendors, ensuring the portal aligns with project goals, delivers desired outcomes, and adheres to timelines and budgets
Develop and maintain clear communication channels with internal stakeholders, including HR teams, marketing, and sales departments, as well as external vendors
Conduct financial analysis to build a robust business case for the program's development and implementation, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections
Assist in creating and optimizing marketing materials for the Employee Purchase Program, ensuring they are tailored to the needs of enterprise customers and their employees
Analyze engagement reports from the admin portal to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements for program utilization
Support proof-of-concept initiatives to validate program effectiveness and scalability, ensuring it meets the needs of both Samsung and its enterprise customers
Ensure the portal is user-friendly, secure, and compliant with company policies, industry standards, and data privacy regulations
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Employee Purchase Program post-launch, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Contribute to the overall strategy for enhancing employee engagement with Samsung's offerings, including identifying new opportunities for program expansion or enhancement

Required

Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Financial analysis to create a business case
Customer-facing skills with executive presence
Understanding of how to stand up and manage proof of concepts
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to scope web portal development and services
Eligible students will be seniors or recent graduates
Possess U.S. work authorization
Be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule
Participation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement

Preferred

Final-year students or recent graduates are strongly preferred
