Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modelling, and transaction structuring
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and industry research to support strategic advisory mandates
Assist in the execution of live M&A transactions, including due diligence coordination, process management, and documentation review
Perform comparative analyses, precedent transactions, and market‑mapping exercises
Work closely with senior team members to develop insights and strategic recommendations for clients
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of investment banking, corporate finance, or Big 4 corporate finance experience
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, merger models, trading comps)
Demonstrated experience working on M&A or capital markets transactions
Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation capabilities
Ability to work effectively across multiple workstreams with exceptional attention to detail
Genuine interest in the financial services sector and strategic advisory work
