Responsibilities

Support Cell & Gene Therapy process development, operations, or analytical development activities
Conduct laboratory experiments (cell culture, molecular biology, purification, analytical assays, etc.) or support business/operational processes
Perform data analysis using scientific or business platforms (Excel, Tableau, Monday.com, statistical tools, etc.)
Assist in maintaining bioreactors, conducting upstream/downstream processing, or supporting analytics testing (ELISA, PCR, flow cytometry, etc.)
Create reports, SOPs, documentation, or KPI scorecards to support team decision-making
Participate in technical discussions, team meetings, and collaborative sessions
Maintain laboratory notebooks and follow compliance guidelines
Provide general project support across scientific, operational, or analytical functions

Required

Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree for the duration of the Internship
Minimum GPA of 2.8 required
Completion of at least freshman year required
Prior experience in laboratory techniques OR business/analytical tools depending on role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future

Preferred

Preferred majors: Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Immunology, Analytical Chemistry, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields
Previous Co-Op/Internship or research experience
Experience with cell culture, ELISA, PCR, chromatography, or business analytics tools
Leadership experience through campus or community involvement
