Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert to enhance planning and purchasing processes for new product development across functions
Facilitate interdepartmental cooperation, ensuring alignment between Procurement, Project Managers, and Engineering within projects
Lead and coordinate global NPDI processes, ensuring regional and system-specific variations are effectively managed
Establish standards, deliver training, and share best practices across regions
Manage platform-level tasks such as data gathering and maintenance to support KPIs and dashboards
Develop and implement regional and global SOP’s
Develop and implement KPIs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
5 or more years of experience in new product development or project/program management

Ability to thrive in a matrix organization
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with tools (Excel, PowerBI, Smartsheet, PowerPoint)
