Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and expert guidance.
Responsibilities
Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle
Communicate clearly with customers regarding products, timelines, and expectations
Drive order approvals and production in a timely manner
Complete quality checks on high-value orders (over $750)
Partner with internal teams to ensure order accuracy
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ICE standards
Answer and document customer calls promptly and accurately
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in order entry and/or customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
