Responsibilities
Coordinate M&S efforts across PEO IWS 2.0 programs and external partners (NRL, APL/JHU, NSWC)
Maintain the M&S strategy, roadmap, and asset catalog
Support digital engineering and system-level digital test beds (detect-to-engage)
Facilitate Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) of M&S tools
Track action items from M&S Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Support planning, execution, and reporting of digital test events and analyses
Provide monthly status updates to T&E leadership
Qualification
Required
Secret clearance (or eligibility)
Bachelor's degree in STEM field
3+ years supporting DoD Modeling & Simulation, systems engineering, or programmatic efforts
Strong organization, communication, and MS Office skills
Ability to travel locally and work near Washington Navy Yard
Preferred
5+ years of DoD M&S experience
Hands-on experience with M&S tools or digital test environments
Familiarity with Navy radar, electronic warfare, or combat systems
