2+ years expCodex Validation Group is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Cost Controller to join their project management team. In this role, you will assist with the daily financial management of a pharmaceutical infrastructure project to ensure it remains financially viable.

Responsibilities
Maintain project cost sheets, monitor actual spending against budgets, and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
Assist in updating 'Estimate at Completion' (EAC) to provide early warnings on potential budget variances
Review vendor and contractor invoices for accuracy, ensuring they align with physical progress and contract terms
Track and document changes in project scope, assessing their financial impact on the total project cost
Partner with project managers and procurement teams to ensure financial data is integrated with project schedules
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in engineering is a must, finance, accounting, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in construction projects, pharma, or manufacturing is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel SAP or similar software is highly preferred
Excellent communication in the English language
A strong analytical mindset
A high level of integrity
The ability to communicate financial data to non-finance stakeholders
