Responsibilities
Participate in regular service review meetings and help drive operational improvements
Maintain accurate inventory levels of service loaners to support all our customers
Provide the Service Loaner Supervisor a status report on a daily basis
Scrap service loaners no longer needed
Central Point of Contact for field technicians to process their field loaner requests and manage the field loaner inventory
Communicate service loaner backorders and recovery in a timely manner
Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment
Assume additional responsibilities as necessary
Comply with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered minimum of 3 years in a service coordination, logistics, or medical equipment support role required
2+ years of experience in service coordination, operations support, or customer service
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Oracle Cloud
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or emergency response industry
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Must be able to lift 30 lbs
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment is a plus
