Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze security alerts and events using SIEM and security monitoring tools
Investigate and respond to security incidents and threats
Perform static and dynamic malware analysis
Support incident response activities including triage, containment, and remediation
Monitor and secure AWS and GCP cloud environments
Analyze network traffic, data flows, and endpoint activity
Work with endpoint protection and detection tools
Conduct security investigations and root cause analysis
Troubleshoot security events and system issues
Document incidents, findings, and response actions
Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve detection and response capabilities
Follow and enforce information security best practices and standards
Qualification
Required
Experience with SOC operations and incident response
Hands-on knowledge of AWS and GCP security
Experience in static and dynamic malware analysis
Strong understanding of networking concepts and data flows
Experience with SIEM platforms
Knowledge of endpoint protection tools
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Solid understanding of information security principles
Preferred
Security certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP, etc.)
Incident Response certifications
AWS Security or Cloud certifications
GCP security or cloud certifications
