College and International Programs Intern, Fall 2026
The Walt Disney Company is a leading global entertainment company, and they are seeking a College and International Programs Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This full-time internship will involve assisting with the daily operations of College & International Recruitment, including onboarding tasks and supporting on-campus recruiters.

Responsibilities
Attend arrivals day events and interact with incoming participants
Contact participants by phone and/or email to offer support that promotes a positive onboarding experience
Respond promptly to incoming candidate inquiries, demonstrate dedication, and compassion
Ensure accuracy of candidate records and validate that documents are returned promptly to ensure the company remains compliant
Read and evaluate reports in BrassRing, Excel, and other systems
Support our on-campus Recruiters and their Disney Program Reps by assisting with pre-arrival engagement sessions designed to inspire and set up future program participants for success
Disney Alumni Association engagement and events (in-person and virtual)
Answer multiple messages through our Disney Programs Support Site (Zendesk)
Communicate with internal and external partners promptly to request and/or deliver information
Process a large amount of data entry, and ensure accuracy and compliance within a set timeframe
Manage daily tasks and special projects with accountability for work output
Qualification
Required
Successful completion of a Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program, or Disney Internship
A zeal for providing Disney's legendary Guest service
A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions
Driven to actively engage with partners when experiencing challenges
Comfortable with group facilitation with small to large groups of participants
Able to work independently and with a team, with minimum supervision
The ability to prioritize work and attention to detail
Can handle confidential information and multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical proficiencies with Excel and other Microsoft Office 365 applications
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Fully available from Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
Be aligned with The Disney Look appearance guidelines

Junior or Senior preferred
Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Management, or a related field
